Ключ активировал-рабочий.Игра запустилась,проблемы были с профилем-там игра зависает,решил через MSCONFIG.exe поменял количество ядер на 8 и игра запустилась. Windows 11 - 64 bit. Undercover - всё таки недооцененная игра, жаль что продолжения нет.
